When you get a cheaper premade cover from online or the store there are a lot of factors to consider and one of those is how the cover is designed. Unlike a custom made cover for your boat, premades arent going to fit perfectly. They are guessed based off of your boat type and length and often times over hang and strap on unevenly or even bungee on. Though this might get the job done, it often can be unattractive and leave your cover susceptible to puddling.

Unfortunately when you order a premade they guess on patches and more than likely will not have any reinforcements on your cletes and poles as every cover should.
